On July 17, Haiti TPS lawyers told the judge that the July 1 court decision means TPS EADs should last until February 3, 2026, but the USCIS website still showed they end September 2, 2025. After this complaint to the judge, on July 18, 18 days after the decision, USCIS changed the page, but it added unrelated political points and still no promised Federal Register notice. The lawyers say the government has not kept its promise, and people and employers still need the clear official notice now.
It seems when a ruling goes against TPS holders, the government says, “We must do what the court says,” but when the government loses, it does not want to follow the court.
