i have walkout basement room on rent with separate bedroom, kitchen and living room, full bathroom. peacock market area is within walking distance, park and ride is within 5 minutes drive. No pets allowed, no smoking inside house, no beef. minimum stay should be 6 months. $1100 per month including utility. couple preferred (1 baby acceptable)
