How long does it take to have my NVC case number after i-130 approval? I applied on May 19, 2014 and my I-130 get approved on October 16, 2014. I'm a lawful permanent Residence of USA since February 2, 2013. Please share your experience. Any piece of information will be greatly appreciate.

Took me about 60 days just to get the notice from NVC.
Yes.. I agree the immigration system is F'd up. And it really ticks me off to realize it's going at snail's pace. But there's little you can do.
But I do recommend that you call them up and update your contact information (email) with them. Have your 130 case number and the DOB of both petitioner and beneficiary ready when you call them. And put aside at least 2 hours to get in touch with them on the phone. They will keep you waiting. Don't even bother to email them. I received a reply after 3 weeks, after I'd already talked to them on the phone.
