Dai: sorry for the late reply. The reason why i am sub leasing this apartment is because we bought a house and we already moved into the house. The apartment has been cleaned and is ready to move in. Yes you can extend the lease after July 31, 2014. I will help you if you need to extend the contract after July 31,2014.
