Folks, what is your opinion on extended auto warranty? The factory warranty on my 2014 Benz is about to expire and I am debating whether I should extend it or not. It has 33K miles. Do you think its worth it? Any opinions/suggestions would be much appreciated!

Extended factory warranty is a scam. I did not get any extended warranty on my BMW after manuracturer warranty expired in 2012. I keep getting email, phone calls and mail for extended warranty till today. They are like hounds they will keep hounding you. If someone hounds you like that then chances are they are out to get you so don't fall into that trap.

lol....for benz/bimmer/audi/LR trust me get it extended. get it from the dealer. you'll pay a bit more....but trust me, get it from the dealers. they are one of the most unreliable and expensive cars to fix but a great ride. I went from audi to bimmer and now lexus....don't' think i'll ever go back,
