I would suggest you to contact Nepali association in Charlotte (Greater Charlotte Nepalese Association, NC). The housing prices varies from different parts in North carolina from mountains to Uptown Charlotte. Most of the Nepalese community can be found in South Charlotte near Patel Brothers and majority families live in Raleigh Area as well.

What is your plan? Just planing to move in any place doesn't clarify your planning. Can you please elaborate so somebody can help? I am also planning to plan a moving plan about a plan. Is that enough for the plan to be a plan? JK, BTW, I am planning to move to Boston, but had not much luck with job hunt. Greater Boston Area is the best place to live, and work especially for Nepalese diaspora. Happy holidays..and Good Luck for your plan HaHaHaHA
