Hello everyone,
I currently have permanent greencard and my husband is a us citizen. we have 2 kids. Recently we travelled to Nepal and want my parents, mama , sister and her husband to come and visit us here in USA?. what kind of visa they have to apply, do I need lawyer help? can my sisters and mama can apply and whats the chances of them getting visas? in what kind of occasions they can get visa? what documents do I need to show? Does my husband has to be involved for them to get visas? please show us the directions.

None of the visitor visas are guaranteed. But the immigrant visa which you are not eligible to file for you relatives being a green card holder.
