Hi everyone, my opt ead going to expire next month. I applied for tps on nov and its still pending. IS it legal to stay while tps application is pending, after my opt expires?

@ Sita Panta, Yes, it is legal to stay until a decision is made on your TPS application. However, you are not authorized to work if your opt ead expires and you haven't got your TPS EAD.
