If you have some friends or Relative in Toronto Call this number 416-561-2120 and take receiver and ask them to ship with you
I am paying 25 CD/month  $ for all Hindi channel 4 PPV and Kantipur TV. The receiver will cost you around 200 $ with 2 months free.

The only thing is you have to have Internet connection to the receiver and no it is not jadoo TV .
You have to have Dish Installed to get signal from Dish network

It might be more cheap if you do search on Private server for FTA  but I am happy with as I dont have to send money to 3rd country as I dont know if it work
